The final instalment of my Very Indie Christmas series! I hope you guys have enjoyed reading them as much as I've enjoyed researching for things to put on the lists!
If you missed out on my last two lists catering gifts for men and women then click here to read them!
This final list is all about the mini-me's and new mums. Whilst buying for kids when they're older tends to be a bit easier, I'm focusing more on newborns. If you're after gifts for baby showers this is also a great place to look!
For Bath Time
I love this gorgeous Turkish towel by Pür London. It's bright coral colour works well both at Christmas and also at the beach in summertime! They're 70% thinner than your regular towel but super absorbent so perfect for packing when you're travelling to visit family for the holidays. Plus I can personally attest for their softness (Demi is one of my fellow stallholders at Canopy Market every week and I'm forever stroking her towels on display) and they even work as a chunky scarf under a winter coat! Multi-use, fashionable and practical!
For the bigger sibling
Ok, so I may have bent the rules on this one and it's not quite for babies and new mums. But considering how cute it is I couldn't not include it! Charlotte's fabulous dinosaurs are always doing stuff and now you can colour them in. This is the perfect activity for kids once they've had their Christmas dinner and you want them to settle down for a little bit. All you need to add is colouring pencils and let their imaginations go wild! They'll love the super illustrations (my personal favourite is the scuba diving dinos).
For fur babies
This gorgeous hand painted wood slice ornament is a perfect addition to your Christmas tree this year and a great way to give the fur babies in your life a little extra love too! I think it would also be super cute for a woodland themed nursery room!
For the nursery
Stegosaurus Embroidery Hoop by Hatchling Makes
I really believe that everything is better with dinosaurs! In festive red colours I think this would be the perfect addition to a nursery. Hang it on the wall or prop it up on a shelf with some dinosaur toys and you have a keepsake that can be passed down for generations to come!
That's it! I hope this little series has been interesting and fun for you to read, and that it's inspired you to do some more shopping at independent stores this Christmas who are always really grateful for your support!
