Draw with Tash : Greenland shark
It's officially the end of week 1 of #DrawWithTash!
This week's prompt was the greenland shark - one of my favourite sharks! They're found in the northern Atlantic Ocean but you can find them in deep waters around the UK!
Greenland sharks are a member of the sleeper shark family (named after their sleepy swimming style) and are pretty mysterious. The first photos were only captured in 1995 and the first video recordings were only made in 2003!
These sharks are famously known for a long lifespan. Scientists estimate them to live up to around 200 years so it could be that they're the oldest living creature on our planet at the moment. I just think they're super cute!
