Shipping and Handling

All answers to frequently asked shipping and handling questions are here but if you can't find the answer to your question don't hesitate to contact me! 

➳ In order for there to be peace of mind, for both you and me, I only offer tracked shipping on my embroideries. This means the price is a little higher but you are able to follow the journey of your parcel so you aren’t waiting and wondering what happened to it. I make no money on shipping at all.

➳ Please check at the bottom of each listing for specific shipping for that item. Shipping varies between UK First Class to International Tracked and Signed dependant on if the item is a card or hand embroidery piece

➳ For some countries, customs fees may apply. The buyer assumes all responsibility for paying these fees. 

➳ I aim to send all ready-to-ship hoops within 2-3 days. If you need something urgently please let me know by using the Contact form. 

➳ Please double check your shipping address and information at check out! If this address is incorrect your parcel will be shipped to the wrong location. I cannot take any responsibility for the parcel going to the wrong address. If you'd like your order to be shipped to a friend please leave a note at the checkout with their address. 

➳ Returns are accepted on all ready to ship items (i.e., not on custom or personalised work). Please contact me within 5 days if you would like to return an item. The buyer assumes all responsibility for returning the item to me including all costs. Refunds will only be issued on items that are returned in a saleable condition and will be processed within 3-5 business days. 

➳ Delivery times vary depending on location. Please allow up to 30 working days for your item to arrive as they may be caught in customs. If your parcel still hasn't arrived after 30 working days please contact me either by email or by using the contact form.
