Inktober Day 14: Venezuelan poodle moth
Day 14’s weird and wonderful animal is the Venezuelan poodle moth! Fluffy looking with huge eyes they were only discovered in 2009 and actually have no Latin name as science hasn’t yet confirmed which family it belongs to. Because it’s still pretty new to science not a lot is known about it but they are pretty adorable to look at (and this comes from someone who doesn’t like insects!)
