Tree Pangolin

I've been dipping in and out of
#sketchwithnds on Instagram but as soon as I saw that the first prompt for June was a pangolin I knew I would be joining in! At least for this prompt 😂
This is the tree pangolin, one of the 8 extant species of pangolins. Their prehensile tail allows them to grip trees for extra security and like other pangolin species, it has no teeth, instead swallowing its food whole.
Solitary and nocturnal, the tree pangolin is the most common pangolin in the African forest. But due to their elusive nature we aren't sure exactly how many are left in the wild.
